Please fill out and enclose the Information Form, so we know who you are, and who your camera belongs to. We ask that you include a check or money order for the estimate fee, in the amount of $30.00. It is applied to the cost of repair. If you prefer to give us your CC information at a later time, that will be OK as well.
Next, take your package to the US Post Office or any shipping carrier you choose.

Once we receive your unit, we will send you a short e-mail confirmation, letting you know that your camera has arrived safely at our repair facility safely. Then, within a few business days, we'll contact you once again with an estimate for the cost of repair.
Estimate Fees are$30.00, and is prefered in advance.
Our Guarantee is for 180 days, both parts and labor.
